Prices shall correspond to an overnight stay, i.e. one night per accommodation unit. If an extra bed is used in an accommodation unit, the price will increase depending on the cost of the extra bed (per person). In case of booking our units for less than 4 nights, the price is increased by 30%. If not booked to full capacity, we offer preseason and late season discounts for our larger accommodation units.
The sojourn tax, air conditiong and heating are included in the price.
Inquiries and reservations are accepted via e-mail and booking requests, respectively.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon advance payment deposit (30% advance payment). You will receive a quotation (full price and advance payment sum) and payment information via e-mail.
The balance is paid in cash on the day of arrival, or via bank transfer, seven days prior to arrival.
In case of absence or reservation cancellation thirty days prior to arrival, we keep the advance payment.
In case of illness or unforeseen events, the advance payment will be valid for an alternative booking date.

Should you arrive earlier and wish to use the accommodation earlier, please let us know in advance.
On arrival, we will need identification documents of all residents staying in a given accommodation unit. The documents will be used exclusively for guest registration and we will make sure to respect and protect your privacy.
